All orders shipped to the UK & EUROPE are inclusive of VAT.
Import duty will apply for international orders accordingly.
Your orders will dispatch within 1- 3 days on average.
The transit estimate does not include weekends and holidays.
5+ day services are mostly via My Hermes International Courier or Landmark. Please allow 5 – 10 working days on average.
3+ day services are via DPD, UPS or Parcel Force. These normally take 3 working days, however on rare occasions it can take up to 5 days.
The estimate delivery times are only estimates provided by the Courier providers, transit delays are out of our control, so please allow plenty of time to avoid any disappointment. We cannot affect or be responsible for delays caused by courier services.
For the UK orders and 5+ day options, we don’t send tracking numbers, however if the parcel seems to be delayed for longer than 10 days for Europe or 14 days for World, please contact us and we’ll provide your tracking number and enquire with the courier service for the status.
For 3+ days service, you’ll receive the tracking number in your email.
Parcels being delivered to Finland, Denmark, Norway or Sweden will be delivered to the recipient’s closest Parcel shop.
You will be notified with regards to the parcel shop that you will need to collect your parcel from, this will usually be the recipients local postal office.
You must check this email and arrange for collecting the parcel. Please note any loss or return of the parcel due to non-collection will not be compensated.
