How to order your replacement part:
– Add the number of items you need in the cart (ex. 2, if you need the eye piece and mouth piece for Make A Face)
– Please describe the part you need and the product name in ‘Gift Message’ field at the checkout. (ex. the eye and mouth piece for Make A Face)

Please note all replacement part orders will ship with Royal Mail standard service with no tracking. The estimate transit time is 7-10 days to most countries.
If you’d like to ship with tracked service, there will be extra cost. Please email us.
